Was pleasantly shocked by this ramen joint. I arrived in with hesitation because their insta is stuffed with wypipo but boy was I so Completely wrong! Their broth and noodles have been awesome! Thoroughly pulled off those regionally sourced ingredients & delivered a mouth watering bowl of ramen that felt wholesome but also tasted like it would clog
